Instrument Hiring
The client will be charged based on the approved daily rate until the equipment is returned to NLCS. Initially, instruments and equipment are projected to have a lifespan of five years, and beyond this period, this duration will be regarded as their actual lifespan for cost calculation purposes, as detailed in Annexure 5.
The hiring of instruments shall be binding in the terms of reference(TOR) of Equipment Rental Agreement which has to be binding with hiring clients. The TOR is annexed as annexure 6 for Equipment Rental Agreement.
