Land Dispute Settlement
Legal Division was established to resolve the land issue and dispute cases through the Land Dispute Settlement Committee when parties appeal to the National Land Commission Secretariat when aggrieved by the decision of the Dzongkhag or Thromde Land Dispute Settlement Committee.
Procedure
The Applicant may approach the Local Government as per the Land dispute Settlement Guidelines, 2018.
